1. FORUM USER BEHAVIOR: 1.1 You have access to reading the Forum except the topic Moderators only.
1.2 When registered and logged in, you can post new topics or polls and answer or vote in previously created ones in the Forum.
1.3 You must respect other users in all of these areas under the penalty of being banned from them if you don't.
1.4 You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.
1.5 Spamming the Forum and with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links and instant messenger IDs is prohibited.
1.6 Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against buxWorker and / or buxWorker staff / assistants, Moderators here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum as well as the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.
1.7 Posting topics or messages that may directly or indirectly be prejudicial to buxWorker, its users, sponsors or service providers will be considered an offense and are strictly prohibited.
2. USER ACCOUNT: 2.1 As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible. When you request your password, we will send you a new one to your email.
2.2 You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your AlertPay / PayPal / account which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
2.3 You can only view advertisements using one IP address within a 24 hours period. On the other hand, you can use multiple IP addresses to login. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account. Logging in from proxies or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to schools, LAN houses, cybercafés, etc.) is not allowed.
2.4 Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
2.5 Accounts are not transferable.
2.6 buxWorker will not modify user account information based on user request.
2.7 Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
2.8 Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended.
2.9 Any attempt to manually or automatically reload/view pages intensively will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.
2.10 By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.
2.11 We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program.
2.12 If you have received a payout, you are required to post a payment proof (screenshot) in the forum, within 24 Hours, in order to receive your next payout.
2.13 We do not take any responsibility for investments that you make.
3. REFERRALS: 3.1 You may refer as many people as you want.
3.2 Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.
3.3 You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
3.4 Rented (infinite) referrals are distributed based on an activity rule but we cannot predict or assure how they will behave afterwards.
3.5 You only earn from directly referred referrals being them referred directly by you or rented (ifinite).
3.6 You can only rented (infinite) referrals when they are available and within the limits of your current membership.
3.7 The clicks you earn from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make.
If you click at least 4 advertisements being a Standard / Premium member or you click at least 8 advertisements being upgraded at another higher membership level, you'll receive all clicks made from your referrals.
The referral clicks will be calculated based on the clicks you made on the previous day.
These calculations are based on the server time which can be seen in the "View Advertisements" page.
The only advertisements that will count for direct or rented (infinite) referrals are: Standard / Micro advertisements.
3.8 A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her.
3.9 The amount of direct/rented(infinite)referrals is limited based on the referrer's membership/packs and membership time. The users can see the limit in the upgrade meber section.
4. ANTI-CHEAT POLICY: 4.1 Each attempt, in any way, to hack into the system will be logged.
4.2 Sometimes we will warn you, sometimes we will not. In either way, when you request payout, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.
4.3 We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. In the first case, we will send you an email. In either case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the services at buxWorker.
5. PAYMENTS TO buxWorker: 5.1 All payments are to be made using the links available at "your account". No other method of payment will be accepted.
5.2 All payments are non-refundable.
5.3 Payments made to buxWorker using AlertPay / PayPal are confirmed by your AlertPay / PayPal email. Any payment made by another AlertPay email address will be referenced to the user that holds that account or, in the lack of a user, the payment will not be referenced.
5.4 All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
6. ADVERTISEMENT/EMAIL": 6.1 We accept any kind of advertisement/email except for pages that break out of frames, have malicious code, redirect to another page, have adult or illegal content, contain any kind of multi-level offers, contain referral sales and those that include gambling/betting, gambling content or are held by a gambling company. Also, any advertisement that uses buxWorker name for any unrelated services is not allowed. Your advertised webpage must load within 10 seconds as the progress bar counting the exposure period will begin by then. Your advertised website must be capable of supporting multiple visits per second.
6.2 You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
6.3 We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.
6.4 Advertisements on buxWorker only can be be viewed on mobile/smart phones.
6.5 We guarantee member visits to our advertisers. If you purchase an ad with country targeting and you're not gaining any hits, we will refund you to your purchase balance. You'll then have the chance to attempt the advertisement again targeting more/all countries.
6.5 You may target your advertising to specific membership types and countries. If your ad is taking too long to fulfill, we will first add additional membership levels to your order to expedite the traffic you've ordered. If your offer is not country specific and is still taking too much time to fulfill due to the country/countries selected, we will modify the order again to ensure the completion of your purchase in a timely manner.
7. PAYMENTS TO USERS: 7.1 You are required to request payouts through the payment gateway you have invested most with.
7.2 Payout requests will be processed manually for standard members within 30 business days and for upgrade members within 7 business days.
7.3 All payments will be made instantly upon request or within 48 hours after being requested if the payment processor services are down.
7.4 The minimum amount paid is $5.00 for standard/premium members on the first cashout and $10 for the next cashout. The minimum amount paid is $2.00 for elite members on the first cashout and $5 for the next cashout. This amount will increase by $1.00 for each cashout until it reaches a fixed minimum amount of $10.00. The minimum amount paid is $2.00 for upgraded members on another higher membership level on the first cashout. This amount will increase by $1.00 for each cashout until it reaches a fixed minimum amount of $10.00 For Rhodium members there is a fixed minimum payout of $1 From the amount paid, a fee can be deducted.
7.5 You can only request one payment at a time.
7.6 We are responsible only for submitting your payment to the payment processor. Any action after that is to be handled by payment processor's support.
7.7 You must have a correct and existing AlertPay or PayPal email address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address and cannot be canceled. To have your payment sent by PayPal, be sure to have a PayPal account in a country whose accounts can receive money by PayPal and log in from one of those countries.
7.8 After requesting a payment, the user must wait 1 to 7 days before requesting another. This is dependent to the membership level.
7.9 Users must accept the payments made to their AlertPay or PayPal accounts in 30 calendar days or will have the payment canceled and it will not be refunded.
7.9 Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION: 8.1 We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
8.2 All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset, all referrals taken away and no refunds will be given.
8.3 All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
8.4 After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be permanently suspended.
8.5 We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended..
9. LIABILITY: 9.1 buxWorker will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to BuxJW and therefore beyond our control.
9.2 buxWorker reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
9.3 buxWorker will not be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
9.4 buxWorker is not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
